I specialize in helping clients with mental health, relationships and sexuality through a client centred approach.  I am informed in various modalities such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Parts work, Gestalt and Mindfulness. With over 7 years of experience in Coaching people around Love, intimacy and relationships, and 19 years facilitating Yoga, Tantra and Authentic Relating classes and workshops, my educational background, combined with continuous professional development, enables me to offer a holistic lens for you to explore therapy.
